At Health Care Practice Management, we are proud to be led by Cindy Groux CHBME, an accomplished entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in the healthcare industry. Cindy’s journey started when she was employed and mentored by a successful Physician for six and a half years as she led his company to financial success. He later financially supported her for three months as launched her own business and he became her first client. This early support taught Cindy the importance of hard work, dedication, and never giving up.

In the early days of Health Care Practice Management, Cindy started the company and worked for two weeks in the basement of a friend until her office was ready, along with two staff members. A year and a half later when her one and only client retired, she was tasked with the need to land their first client. Through hard work and persistence, they succeeded in securing their first client, who remains with the company to this day. Since then, we have grown to become a leading player in the medical billing and healthcare industry, catering to clients ranging from small private practices to large group practices, including many different specialties. Our business has grown based on referrals from our current clients and other health care professionals such as attorneys, accountants and the medical society of Delaware.

Cindy’s expertise in the healthcare industry is unmatched, and she has helped countless clients navigate the complex landscape of medical billing and healthcare management.
